A traditional-method sparkling wine, 100 percent Loureiro, aged two years on lees in bottle. Its nut and brioche-accented aromas also suggests pome fruits and other tree fruits, not fresh but dried (and maybe even toasted). Its quiet creamy mousse bursts into a spray of crunchy minerals, lemony pears, fresh and dried herbs, bay leaf, and brine.
