Thank you for the information. It’s good to see Wiemer in your list of choices. I visited in 2008, and found the wines to be very enjoyable. A magnum of their 2007 Dry Riesling opened this past spring was in very good form, and had developed a textural creaminess reminiscent of Mosel Riesling.
I need to get back to the Finger Lakes.
