2015 Massican White Blend Gemina California

“Briny, vertical, shiny...”

2015 Massican White Blend Gemina California

A blend of about two-thirds Pinot Grigio, one-third Greco di Tufo, with a saline nose like straw, hay, citrus peels, yeast, faint pineapple, trees at midday. It’s sharp and briny across the tongue, with pronounced acidity and a finish that’s sour like a lemon drop, except not sweet. This wine values its acid core.
