La Mesma’s Gavi “Indi” is pale straw yellow with a straightforward fragrance of citrus pith and laurel. The palate is linear and slightly bitter, and the finish is saline. Crunchy acidity and lemon-lime flavors conspire to make it a direct, cleansing wine, good for crisp salads and light-fleshed fish.
