NV Domaine Allimant-Laugner Brut Rosé Crémant d’Alsace

Spirited, snappy, and good for picnics

NV Domaine Allimant-Laugner Brut Rosé Crémant d'Alsace

This varietal Pinot Noir crémant aged eleven months on lees. Its shell pink core is activated by tiny bulles that spirit a springlike fragrance of strawberries and mint. The texture of the mousse is even and creamy, and the flavors suggest pink berries edged with a snappy, light-coffee bitterness.

Refreshing and a great deal. Pair it with crispy snacks, young cheeses, and picnic fare.
