An off-dry Riesling grown in several vineyards throughout the Columbia Valley, principally in Horse Heaven Hills but with supplemental fruit from Yakima Valley and Columbia Gorge. It’s pale and slightly sweet but its crunchy, crackly acidity carries notes of lime peel, citrus, and tart green apple to keep it refreshing.
