2015 Gundlach Bundschu Gewürztraminer Sonoma Coast

Great typicity; a good cheese wine

2015 Gundlach Bundschu Gewürztraminer Sonoma Coast

Gundlach Bundschu’s Gewürz offers good typicity, with a fragrance white flowers, apple skin, nutmeg, and apple cake. The palate tingles with prickly acidity, and the finish is savory. I find some laurel tempering the fleshy white tree fruits and flowers. A perfect wine for a cheese course.
