Gallica’s rosé is blend of organically grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah. The vines are old, planted in 1953 and 1990. The wine is a deep rose-pink, richly salmon hued. The fragrance has a spiced quality like ripe, even dried, stone fruits muddled with rose petals and violets. Silken-textured, it offers flavors of spiced peach and Mandarin orange.
