Lantieri Extra Brut Franciacorta

This extra brut traditional method wine is 85 percent Chardonnay and 15 Pinot noir, aged 24 months en tirage prior to disgorgement. The robe is palest yellow. It’s lightly reductive at first; with air the fragrance softens into bay laurel, lime peel, and dusty stone. The palate is crunchy and direct, with almost no leesy notes. The impression instead is mineral and bracing. Pair it with fresh, young, vibrant foods.
