Troon’s Grenache is made with organic grapes grown in the biodynamically farmed estate Cowhorn Vineyard. Its robe is candy-apple red with a clear rim, and aromatically it’s extremely floral, suggesting violets and jasmine. The palate is lean and sharp, with notes of art blueberry and red cherry. It’s a good wine for rare red meats.
