This sparkling pétillant-natural rosé was made from the red autochthonous grape Vinhão, normally produced as a savage red table wine. This one could not be more different, or more demure: Watermelon pink with quiet, spumy bubbles, its fragrance suggests strawberries and mint, and its fine-grained mousse blooms into a mouthful of fresh fruits, fresh herbs, field flowers. A finishing in a flare of passionate acidity adds refreshment.
