Montebruno’s rosé is made from Pinot noir, organically farmed, from the Umpqua and Willamette Valleys. The skins stay in contact with the must for two days for color and phenolic extraction; 150 cases were made. The robe is deep salmon-rose and perfumed of red peach and dried rose petals. The impression of stone fruit and flowers continues to the palate, which delivers a pleasant tea-like grip at the finish. An excellent value.
