Spring weather today, 68°F and sunny. My garlic's up, and one crocus—school bus yellow—popped open midday. It's time for Sauvignon Blanc (or, as certain California wineries like to call it, Fumé Blanc—it sounds a little more Continental, non?).
This wine is lemony, citrusy, flowery, and melony, with good acid. Juicy and vibrant, it's just right for chicken fajitas with lime and cilantro.
