It's a shame I didn't photograph the bottle full; the clear, bright pink tapers to nothing at the bottle's neck, drawing you into its allure. This pale gold wine emits a spicy, strawberry nose, with notes of rose and fresh ginger. On the palate it offers strawberry and watermelon, with good acid and a light body. The finish is fleeting. Fresh and crisp, with a clean snap.
