This rosé of organically-grown Zweigelt is a pretty deep pink with a fragrance of field strawberry, fresh mint, and green melon. The body is lightly sparkly from dissolved gases, somewhat sweet from a touch of residual sugar, and tart from firm acidity. Its leitmotif of plump pink berries makes it seem whimsical and droll. It’s not a serious wine, but it’s fun and refreshing. Try it with sandwiches, salads, snacks.
