It’s peppery and floral and youthful, with abundant rare meat, sweet pink flowers, and a kick of spice. The wine has a forthrightness that speaks to the its youthfulness and callow fruit, like fresh cherries and red raspberries. Tightly wound, it might settle a bit with bottle age, but right now it’s just rambunctious, juicy fun.
