2016 Ormilles Rosé Côtes de Provence

Ripe and smiling rosé

2016 Ormilles Rosé Côtes de Provence

A big, ripe, smiley wine, drenched with berries and fresh herbs. The fragrance is of field strawberries, melon, and hay, and the body is substantial, plumped with red fruits and the ornament of tarragon and thyme. Good structure, acid, and savoriness. Pair it with young cheeses (especially goat’s milk), salmon, poultry, roasted vegetables, aïoli.
