2016 Tablas Creek Vineyard Patelin de Tablas Rosé Paso Robles

Breezy-fresh with a lively snap of herbs

2016 Tablas Creek Vineyard Patelin de Tablas Rosé Paso Robles

Tablas Creek’s 2016 rosé is mix of pressed and saignée must of Grenache, Mourvèdre, Counoise, and Syrah, grown in Paso Robles. The robe is salmon with gold glints, and the wine emits a breezy-cooling fragrance of mint, raspberry, and wet stones. The palate is red-berried but with solid acidity and a pleasant snap of bitter herbs. Pair it with fresh and young cheeses, tomato salad, fish, and picnic fare.
