2014 FEL Pinot Noir Savoy Vineyard Anderson Valley

“Youthful, spritely...”

2014 FEL Pinot Noir Savoy Vineyard Anderson Valley

Youthful, jubilant, and spicy. The color is brilliant and young-seeming, with its bright pink rim, and the fragrance is concentrated, spiked with rose hips and clove. The body feels voluptuous and velvety, and its spiced red fruits finish in a blaze of cinnamon. A bit of dark loam broods below, but mostly this wine is about perfectly sun-ripened fruit glossed to a high polish in the cellar. Age will become it.

Pair with pork loin, poultry, medium aged cheeses.
